Add Chevron to Your Wedding Decor for Instant Pizzazz

Chevron gray

As you are planning your wedding and thinking about your wedding decor, you may want to consider using a pop of pattern rather than all solids. If so, you may want to consider using chevron.

We all have seen our fair share of polka dots and stripes, but if you want a design that is on trend, consider adding chevron to some aspect of your wedding decor. You can use chevron for your wedding cake, centerpieces, table decor, wedding invitations and even your bridesmaids gifts. Chevron has such a fresh and modern look to it and it will really add pizzazz to whatever you add it to.

I’ve put together some ideas for you so you can see how well chevron can fit in to your wedding.

Chevron Wedding Cake: Chevron is a “natural” for wedding cakes. The pattern can add a new dimension to your solid-color cake. It can work wonderfully on all styles of cakes as shown below …. from rustic to glam!

Chevron Table Decor: If you want to add instant sophistication and a decorator’s touch to your reception tables, add chevron! A chevron table runner, centerpiece, napkins or chair decorations will take your decor up a notch. The key is to just use it once or maybe twice at the most. Too much chevron is not good! As you can see below, these gorgeous tables use chevron aisle runners to tie all the elements of the tables together. If you are using chevron on large tables, you will get the most impact using a bold chevron design.

Exclusively Weddings loves chevron! Your wedding invitations in a chevron design can be the bridge that ties your theme together. Go a step further and give your bridesmaids gifts that incorporate chevron, too! Have fun with this playful pattern!
